ams OSRAM is hiring a CMOS Process Integration Engineer at its Premstätten site in Austria on a fixed-term contract through 12/2027. The role involves developing and integrating semiconductor manufacturing processes, requiring a Master's/PhD in physics, chemistry, or materials science plus hands-on fab experience, ideally at 180nm or smaller nodes.
Who we are looking for
- Master degree or PhD in Physics, Chemistry, Material Sciences or comparable
- Several years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or similar industry
- Excellent technological professional skills (preferably with 180nm or smaller technology node)
- Advanced problem solving skills (beneficial: Six Sigma experience, etc.)
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and willingness to work in a team environment
- Ability to adjust to fast changing environments and project working style to set up new processes
- Fluency in English
