Process Engineer

Do you want to revolutionise how we buy clothes in a more accessible, personalised and sustainable way?

Do you want to develop your talent in a TOP Scale Up and collaborate with the best professionals?

This could be your opportunity! At Lookiero Outfittery Group, we’re looking for a Junior Process Engineer with a sharp analytical mindset and a passion for optimizing retail operations to join our Operations Team🚀

Our purpose

At Lookiero Outfittery Group we are leading the transformation of online personalised shopping, making it more accessible and inspiring for everyone.

Born from the merger of Lookiero and Outfittery - two pioneering companies in the industry - we have joined forces to create Europe's leading online personal shopping platform. Our mission is to empower thousands of customers, helping them discover their full potential and succeed in their everyday lives.

With a growing presence across Europe and a team of over 500 people, we are proud to shape the future of fashion through innovation, creativity and purpose.

As part of the Operations team, you will be responsible for optimizing warehouse processes, improving logistics performance, and driving operational efficiency across the end-to-end flow.

What will be your challenge? (Key accountabilities)

• Physical Process Optimization & Visual Management: To design, test and implement operational solutions based on the physical layout of the site and visual management tools. The aim is to further optimize our internal WMS through intuitive, cost-efficient processes.

• Logistics KPI Improvements: Detect and drive improvements in our key performance indicators such as poductivity or service level.

• End-to-End Flow Reengineering: Constantly challenge the status quo and audit processes from inbound & outbound processes and the critical management of Returns. You will not accept inefficiencies or downtime as ‘normal’.

• Profitability & Financial Impact Analysis: Quantify the operational cost of logistics activities and assess the economic impact (profitability and cost-efficiency) of each improvement proposal before and after its implementation.

• Change Management & Coaching: Train warehouse teams, always explaining the ‘why’ behind every operational change. Ensure that the standards designed are understood, implemented on a day-to-day basis and generate real value.

What will make you succeed? (Skills, know-how and experience)

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering, Supply Chain Engineering, or a related engineering field is required.

• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and technical expertise in workflow optimisation methodologies (Lean Logistics, 5S, Visual Management and line balancing). A strong financial mindset focused on reducing operational costs, and the ability to think abstractly in order to redesign workflows without relying exclusively on software-based solutions. Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Experience: At least 3 years’ experience in process engineering, continuous improvement or similar roles within the supply chain and operations. Previous experience managing complex reverse logistics (returns) operations in the retail or fashion sector will be highly valued.

• Attitude: A highly critical, non-conformist and data-driven mindset. An extremely practical (hands-on) approach, with clear communication skills to implement processes on the shop floor and lead change by working side by side with operators.

What will we bring to you?

• Possibility of remote work and flexible working hours. We support work and flexible hours so you can have the balance you want with your personal life.

• Training Platform. We believe in training as a tool to evolve as a professional, to get the best out of you and to be always up to date!

• Employee Discounts. And of course, you will enjoy discounts on your purchases at Lookiero and Outfittery, valid for friends and family.

• Professional growth. Opportunities to develop your skills, broaden your expertise, and evolve within Lookiero Outfittery Group.

• We are one team. With a culture of true collaboration and support, you will find that everyone is always up to help you solve your challenges and have a friendly chat. Good vibes reign!

• Your impact will be tangible - and we empower people in the “how”. Working in a scaleup, you will see the impact of your voice, ideas and work very clearly on our business. You will be encouraged (and required) to share your opinions (of course, in a well-argumented way!). We also believe in giving freedom on how to get to pre-agreed OKRs.
