ZoomInfo is where careers accelerate. We move fast, think boldly, and empower you to do the best work of your life. You’ll be surrounded by teammates who care deeply, challenge each other, and celebrate wins. With tools that amplify your impact and a culture that backs your ambition, you won’t just contribute. You’ll make things happen–fast.
What You'll Do :
You’ll be joining a highly interdisciplinary team transforming the core of Zoominfo’s business. Collaborating with PMs, designers, and engineers you will rapidly drive innovation by building intelligent systems that power cutting edge user experiences, create valuable insights for our customers, and drive revenue growth. You'll design and deploy novel multi-agent systems that collaborate to solve complex problems implementing communication patterns, memory structures, and orchestration logic that enable agents to reason, plan, and act effectively.
In addition to deploying scalable, observable, cost-efficient production AI services, you’ll be working with leading LLM technologies to build an agentic AI platform that multiplies your impact across teams.
Your work will enable teams across the organization to compose, evaluate, and deploy intelligent agents, accelerating time-to-market for new features and delivering business impact.
What You'll Bring:
Technical Excellence:
- Strong Python skills. You prototype quickly and deliver maintainable, production-grade systems.
- Solid data skills. You explore datasets, form hypotheses, and execute projects that leverage data through enrichment, transformation, or generative AI techniques.
- Experience building LLM-powered agentic systems using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or custom orchestration layers.
- Understanding of context retrieval, grounding, compression techniques to optimize reasoning performance, vector databases, embedding stores, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architectures.
- Experience quantifying stochastic performance and designing evaluation metrics that measure prompt quality, reasoning depth, and user-perceived value.
- Experience with cloud-native systems (AWS/GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and modern observability tooling.
- Experience contributing to platforms and reusable components that enable other teams to build AI-driven solutions.
Business Acumen:
- Product-focused mindset: you think in terms of user value, revenue impact, and business outcomes.
- Customer empathy: you understand how technical improvements translate to customer satisfaction, reduced friction, and willingness to pay.
- Cost consciousness: you optimize for both performance and infrastructure efficiency.
- Communication skills: you articulate technical work in business terms, presenting AI initiatives through the lens of ROI, market opportunity, and customer impact. Ownership mindset: you take responsibility for business outcomes, not just technical deliverables.
Impact You'll Create:
- Success in this role means driving measurable improvements in:
- Revenue metrics: Feature adoption rates, expansion revenue, willingness-to-pay
- Engagement metrics: Daily/monthly active users, session depth, feature usage
- Efficiency metrics: Cost per inference, infrastructure optimization, time-to-market
- Customer success metrics: NPS scores, churn reduction, support ticket deflection
- Platform metrics: Internal team velocity, reuse of platform components, developer satisfaction
