The Role
Are you passionate about building scalable automation solutions that ensure the quality, accuracy, and integrity of enterprise data? Do you enjoy solving complex data validation challenges through code and creating frameworks that enable teams to test faster and smarter?
We are seeking a Principal Quality Assurance Engineer to lead the design and implementation of a modern test automation strategy focused on data quality, ETL validation, and large-scale data testing. This role is heavily focused on Python-based automation and is ideal for someone who enjoys building reusable solutions that improve testing efficiency, scalability, and coverage across complex data platforms.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Python, automated testing, data analysis, and framework development.
As a Principal QA Engineer, you will serve as a technical leader, developing automation frameworks from the ground up, mentoring other QA engineers, and driving best practices across the organization. You will partner closely engineering, product, and business stakeholders, drive an automation-first culture, and deliver innovative and scalable quality engineering solutions.
