Own the product roadmap for a risk-assessment platform that governs fraud, AML, KYC, and compliance controls, ensuring auditability, data quality, and regulatory readiness across teams.
You will help create the governance foundation that allows Fraud, AML, KYC, Screening, Product Compliance, and other risk teams to build and improve controls quickly, while maintaining clear oversight, accountability, and control effectiveness.
Your key areas of ownership will include:
Data governance: Clear ownership, lineage, quality, metadata, and monitoring for data and features used in risk assessments.
Control assurance: Continuous validation that the right triggers, data, rules, models, and outcomes are operating as intended.
Auditability and explainability: Complete change histories, approval records, decision lineage, and audit evidence.
Governance analytics: Dashboards for control performance, risk coverage, Key Risk Indicators, and governance health.
Regulatory readiness: Consistent reporting, evidence, and governance standards across products, regions, and risk domains.
You will set product KPIs, own the roadmap, and work closely with Engineering, Data Science, Risk, Compliance, Product Compliance, and Internal Audit.
You will translate complex regulatory, operational, and technical requirements into scalable platform products while keeping governance simple and efficient for users.
