• Lead cross-functional project spanning engineering, design, testing, and demonstration to deliver scalable, customer-aligned product solutions.

• Identify and pursue new business and market opportunities, developing business cases, and go-to-market strategies within a matrixed organization.

• Translate customer insights, market research, and competitive analysis into actionable product requirements, roadmaps, and prioritization decisions.

• Partner with functional leaders to provide timely updates on product performance, resource needs, and strategic recommendations.

• Oversee feasibility studies, field trials, and profitability analyses to inform investment decisions and product direction.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field; equivalent practical experience will be considered.

• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across global, matrixed organizations.

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with experience using data to drive decisions and measure outcomes.

• Proven track record of managing complex product programs with multiple workstreams and competing priorities.

• Clear, executive-level communicator with experience presenting to cross-functional and senior leadership audiences.

• Experience with US Fixed Income in Post-Trade-Processing and Accounting functions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Post-graduate degree (e.g., MBA) or relevant professional certification.

• Experience in capital markets, fintech, or regulated technology environments.

• Active membership in a relevant professional association or demonstrated leadership in industry communities.
