Principal Product Manager

The role:

We’re looking for a Principal Product Manager to own the end-to-end success of Curri’s SaaS business, with Route Planner as the current flagship product. This role operates as the business owner for SaaS — defining product vision, driving adoption, and translating customer needs into a roadmap that grows usage, retention, and revenue over the next 12–24 is a build-and-scale role, not a maintenance role. You’ll partner closely with Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Customer Success to turn Curri’s operational expertise into scalable, revenue-generating software products that directly shape Curri’s long-term SaaS strategy.

What you will do:

• Define and own the long-term product vision and growth strategy for Curri’s Route Planner and broader SaaS offerings.
• Act as the business owner for SaaS, prioritizing investments based on customer impact, revenue potential, and strategic value.
• Anticipate enterprise customer needs and translate workflows into intuitive, high-impact product solutions.
• Partner closely with Engineering to ship software quickly and iteratively, balancing speed with quality.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Success to ensure products are effectively positioned, adopted, and expanded.
• Lead customer discovery and validation efforts to de-risk new SaaS product ideas.
• Prepare and present clear updates on product strategy, progress, and outcomes to executive leadership.

What you need to have:

• 7+ years of experience in software product management with demonstrated success scaling a SaaS product from 0–1 or 0–10.
• Strong bias toward action with a proven ability to partner closely with engineering teams to deliver iteratively.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to drive clarity across competing priorities.
• Ability to clearly communicate complex initiatives and inspire teams around a shared product vision.
• Strategic, big-picture mindset with hands-on execution skills.

Bonus Points:

• Experience building or scaling logistics or operations-focused SaaS products.
• Former founder or early-stage operator experience.
• Background working directly with enterprise customers.

What’s in it for you:

• You’ll have the opportunity to own and shape Curri’s SaaS strategy from the ground up, with meaningful responsibility and direct exposure to executive leadership.
• This is a high-impact role where your decisions will directly influence Curri’s growth, product direction, and long-term business model.
• We offer a competitive salary, equity, comprehensive benefits (health, dental, vision, 401k), and a flexible work environment with a strong respect for work-life balance.
