Integration and Automation Development

• Own integrations connecting Atlassian products with Salesforce, Workday, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Copilot.

• Monitor integration health, rapidly resolve failures, and ensure automations are maintained through service accounts.

• Evaluate Atlassian Marketplace applications for usability, security, data residency, and cost.

Secondary Platform Administration

• Administer Wrike, Lucid Suite, and Camtasia, including provisioning, licensing, configuration, and usage reporting.

• Support license audits, renewal analysis, and other platform administration priorities.

Technical Leadership and Knowledge Management

• Mentor junior administrators, review configuration work, and serve as the escalation point for complex platform issues.

• Document architecture, integrations, automations, and customization decisions.

• Participate in requirements gathering and advise stakeholders on technical feasibility, effort, and platform risk.
