Create Target State Architectures and roadmaps for business domains and establish governance to ensure achievement of business goals.
Partner with business and product leaders across CHGs business teams to translate strategic intent into structured architecture artifacts.

- Support vendor evaluation efforts and perform research and provide guidance on competitive advantages
- Practical understanding of AI and machine learning concepts as they apply to business capability design, including AI use case identification and AI-enabled process design.

- Strong facilitation skills with the ability to lead workshops and build alignment among diverse, senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in architecture modeling tools such as LeanIX, Ardoq, or Sparx EA, and familiarity with frameworks such as TOGAF or ArchiMate.
Education & Experience
- 15+ or more years of experience in business architecture, enterprise architecture, or a closely related strategy and technology discipline is required.
- Masters or bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field is required, or equivalent professional experience.
