Qualifications :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 12-18 years of experience in software engineering and enterprise architecture, with significant experience designing large-scale cloud-native systems.
- Strong expertise in distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, and GCP), Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Proven experience leading architecture transformation programs and influencing technology decisions across multiple teams.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Relevant cloud or architecture certifications (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Kubernetes, or TOGAF) are highly desirable..
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and implement scalable, resilient cloud architectures that optimize system performance and cost-efficiency for our growing customer base.
- Lead the modernization of infrastructure by championing DevOps best practices and automating deployment pipelines to accelerate time-to-market.
- Mentor senior engineering teams by providing technical guidance on complex architectural challenges, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Partner with security and compliance teams to integrate robust governance frameworks, ensuring all infrastructure meets stringent industry standards.
- Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies to keep our technical stack ahead of the curve, directly impacting our ability to innovate at scale.
