Teamwork.com is an agentic PSA (professional services automation) platform that helps businesses win, plan and deliver projects more profitably. We connect projects, resourcing and financials in one place, so leaders get real numbers from real delivery, not guesswork, and can price work on purpose, deliver it for less, and grow margin over time. Our tagline puts it plainly: most tools track work, we make it profitable.
Project management tools can't manage money, so run delivery through one and you lose margin without ever seeing where. Finance-first tools capture the numbers, but delivery teams resist using them, so the data going in is bad and the numbers coming out are worse. Teamwork.com is built to do both: resourcing, financials and margin visibility captured as delivery happens, not bolted on afterwards, in a platform teams actually want to use.
We believe in hiring great people and look to ensure everyone has the best possible experience of work, every day. We strive to be open and transparent, humble and customer focused. And we thrive on curiosity, getting results and working together relentlessly to deliver excellence. We are a company of action, full of triers and doers: we try things, we make mistakes, and we learn from them.
We pride ourselves on doing right by our customers, working with brilliant people, and going above and beyond. Our personality is unmistakable: we work hard, take joy in our wins and each other's successes and important life events. And we care and support each other when life throws lemons. More than anything we embrace a straightforward approach to getting things done. We are fanatical about our customers, and when talent meets passion, success happens.
This is a remote role in Ireland. While we would love to find somebody in Cork, we don't want to miss out on great talent outside of the Rebel county!
We're looking for a sharp, commercially-minded Presales Engineer to join our team in Cork. You won't just be showing prospects where to click - you'll be the technical partner who bridges the gap between a client's messy operational reality and what our platform can do. We're moving the market conversation away from basic "project management" and into client profitability and margins. You'll own the deep technical and business-consulting conversations with the CEOs, COOs, and CFOs of mid-market client-services firms, partnering closely with our outbound AEs.
This role supports a mid-market, new-business motion - multi-stakeholder deals (typically around €40K) on 3–4 month cycles. It's a consultative, value-led sale, not an enterprise RFP marathon and not a transactional one.
The Experience: 3–5+ years in a Presales / Solution Engineering role within a B2B SaaS environment. Bonus points if you have experience in Professional Services, Agency tech, or ERP/Financial systems.
Business Acumen > Technical Fluff: You understand how businesses make money. You can talk comfortably about resource utilization, profit margins, and change management with C-suite stakeholders.
The "Challenger" Mindset: You aren’t a passenger. You have the confidence to challenge a prospect’s broken process and guide them toward a better way of working.
Technical Chops: Hands-on experience with APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations (Zapier, custom scripts, etc.), alongside familiarity with major CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce).
Underdog Grit: You thrive in a scale-up environment where the playbook isn't always written for you. You are a doer who takes action and loves the hunt.
Own the value sell. Partner with AEs to run deep discovery, map complex business workflows, and connect Teamwork.com's capabilities directly to a prospect's bottm-line profitability.
Build and scale the demo engine. Build, curate, and maintain our "Golden Demo" environments. When Product ships something new, you'll work out how to demo it n a way that proves immediate business value.
Handle the complexity. Confidently navigate technical deep-dives on cloud infrastructure, APIs, custom integrations, and data migrations.
Enable the team. Be the technical coach for the sales floor — train AEs on the more complex parts of the product so they stop feature-dumping and start solution-selling.
Close the feedback loop. Be the voice of the market back to Product and Engineering, making sure the roadmap aligns with what mid-market client-services firms actually need.
