Your Impact
As a Solutions Consultant on the Mirakl Connect team, you will play a hybrid role spanning pre-sales consulting and post-sales onboarding. You will partner closely with Account Executives to understand customer needs and demonstrate how Mirakl Connect can help businesses accelerate marketplace growth.
During pre-sales you will lead discovery conversations, deliver tailored product demonstrations, address technical and functional questions, and help prospects understand the value of Catalog Transformer and the broader Mirakl Connect ecosystem. Once a customer signs, you will support a seamless transition into onboarding, ensuring that the solution sold can be implemented and used successfully, quickly delivering value.
As a trusted advisor, you will engage with senior customer stakeholders, uncover business challenges, connect customer priorities to Mirakl capabilities, and identify opportunities for expansion.
You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of our sales and onboarding motions by refining messaging, developing reusable assets, capturing market feedback, and leveraging AI and automation to scale a best-in-class customer experience.
This is a permanent position based in our Boston office, with 4 days on-site per week.
