? Act as a key point of contact for solution and technical matters during the sales process, working collaboratively across Sales, Product, Engineering and Services.
? Capture and share recurring customer requirements, market insights, product gaps and competitive feedback with relevant internal stakeholders.
? Support the effective handover of agreed customer requirements and solution design to implementation teams following successful close.
4. Technology Awareness and Continuous Improvement
? Stay up to date with relevant industry trends and emerging technologies.
? Identify opportunities to improve the pre-sales process, reduce sales-cycle delays and make it easier for prospects to understand and evaluate TestReach.
? Share technical knowledge and best practices across the team, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
