Lead the Team. Drive the Business. Own the Results.
Shared Practices Group is looking for a sales-minded operations leader to run the day-to-day business of our Columbia practice.
This is not a traditional dental office manager role.
Our Practice Operations Managers lead people, drive revenue, manage complex operations, coach performance, and create an exceptional patient experience. You’ll work alongside clinical and sales leaders to ensure the practice hits its production and revenue goals while building a high-performing, accountable team.
Dental experience is not required.
We are especially interested in leaders who have managed teams and business performance in environments such as:
- Medical spas, aesthetics, cosmetic medicine, or elective healthcare
- Plastic surgery, bariatrics, LASIK, dermatology, or other consultative healthcare businesses
- High-volume dental or specialty practices with a strong sales component
- Upscale hospitality, restaurants, luxury retail, fitness, wellness, or other service businesses where customer experience and revenue performance go hand in hand
If you’ve led a team where sales, service, staffing, operations, and financial performance all landed on your desk, we want to talk to you.
