Job TitleLocation: Onshore Houston - hybrid as requiredDuration: 12 monthsFunctional ResponsibilitiesBusiness Acumen: Oil and Gas commodity supply chain experience, particularly distribution and logistics.Business Acumen: experience analyzing and developing insight from cost and economic dataData Analysis: experience with translating business requirements into data requirements needed for analysis (of rates and costs in this case)Strong communications and engagement skillsAdditional plus: experience within Chevron commodity supply chain domain and knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, TMWWrite high quality, maintainable, and robust low code applications on the Power Platform, along with complex Power BI dashboards and reports.Solve problems at their root, stepping back to understand the broader contextUse pragmatic solutions avoiding over-engineering and favoring straightforward solutions over complex onesManage a broad range of data structures and algorithms, understanding when and how to use themApply design patterns to resolve business problemsIdentify bottlenecks to weed out inefficiencies, delays, and blockagesEnsure integration of new developments with legacy applicationsUse ADO projects to track development progressTechnical Skills (required & listed by priority)Skillset - LevelPower Platform for low code applications and flows and Power BI dashboards and reports - Intermediate/AdvancedMaster Data Interfaces, and Azure server deployments (Azure Functions development + Azure CI/CD pipeline development and maintenance)
