Encorp Pacific (Canada), better known as Return-It, is a British Columbia based federally incorporated, not-for-profit, product stewardship corporation with beverage container management as our core business. Our mandate is to develop, manage and improve systems to recover used beverage containers and end-of-life products from consumers and ensure that they are properly recycled and not land-filled or incinerated. Encorp's evolving collection network consists of 180+ Return-It collection locations across BC.
Job Overview
Encorp is seeking a skilled and results-driven Power BI Developer (Contract) to support data visualization, reporting modernization, and business intelligence initiatives across Operations, Finance, Logistics, and Corporate Services.
Reporting to the Director of IT, the successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing Power BI dashboards and reports, transforming complex data into meaningful insights that support operational and strategic decision-making. This role requires strong technical expertise in Power BI, data modeling, and stakeholder collaboration, along with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable reporting solutions. Your work will directly contribute to improved transparency, operational performance monitoring, and data-driven decision-making across Encorp’s province-wide recycling network.
This is a full-time, 12-month contract position.
