About Us We are a premier, locally owned Kitchen and Bath Tune-Up franchise operating in Northern New Jersey. We specialize in high-ticket, rapid-turnaround custom kitchen and bath remodeling projects ranging from $20,000 to $100,000+, delivering flawless execution and bespoke design. We have built an exceptional reputation in communities like Montclair, Glen Ridge, and West Orange, and our consistent, year-round growth means we need top-tier talent to support our operations.
The Role Our Sales Consultants are incredibly successful at bringing in new business, and we need a highly organized, detail-obsessed Design Drafter & Project Coordinator to take the baton once the initial sale is made. You will be the crucial bridge between our sales team, our clients, our vendors, and our installation crews. Reporting directly to the Sales Project Manager, you will transform conceptual sales sketches into breathtaking 3D renderings, exact technical specifications, and bulletproof execution packets.
If you love creating photorealistic designs, mapping out cabinet modifications, and managing the logistical puzzle of a remodel without the pressure of commission-based prospecting, this is your ideal role.
