PMO Apprentice Analyst

This role will be conducted in tandem with an apprenticeship course which integrates training alongside a full time role. The apprenticeship program is a Level 3 Project Control Technician Apprenticeship which is provided by London Metropolitan College.

CPS is a UK Microsoft partner and consultancy that helps organisations deliver digital transformation across project and portfolio management, Microsoft 365, business applications, data, and AI. Working with organisations to improve how they plan, deliver, and govern change, CPS combines consulting expertise with practical technology solutions that support better business outcomes.

Reporting to the PMO Manager, the role of the CPS PMO Analyst is to support the transition of work from Sales to Delivery and then through to closure by acting as a supporting role and by applying governance to support processes outlined by the business. The PMO Analyst will also produce analytics to confirm the status of resource utilisation, project execution and time recording.

The PMO Analyst will be handed existing tools (Microsoft Project Online / SharePoint / Power BI / Dynamics365) and processes to develop and extend as appropriate and agreed with CPS stakeholders.

The PMO Analyst will also be required to manage some smaller projects and provide an assurance role on some larger projects as needed.
