Platform Engineer – Web & App

We are looking for a Platform Engineer to ensure the stability, performance, security, and reliability of our web and mobile platforms.

Working closely with the Tech Lead, Lead Developers, and development teams, you will focus on platform operations, monitoring, incident management, and continuous improvement across our digital ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of web and app platforms.
• Monitor platform health and coordinate resolution of production incidents.
• Drive root cause analysis and preventive improvements.
• Improve monitoring, alerting, observability, and operational processes.
• Collaborate with development teams to strengthen platform stability, resilience, and automation.
• Support security, compliance, and platform hardening initiatives.
• Maintain operational documentation and runbooks.

• Contentstack
• Microsoft Azure r & Application Insights
• Sentry
• GitHub, Bitbucket
• iOS & Android applications

Who You Are

• Experienced in operating and supporting business-critical web and mobile platforms.
• Strong in troubleshooting, incident management, and production operations.
• Passionate about reliability, performance, and continuous improvement.
• Comfortable working across cloud platforms, applications, and integrations.
• Collaborative, proactive, and hands-on in solving operational challenges.
