As an OpenShift Platform Engineer at Capgemini in Gdańsk, you design, implement and manage OpenShift clusters across cloud and hybrid environments, build CI/CD pipelines, and maintain production reliability for the Cloud & Custom Applications unit. Core tech: Red Hat OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins/Git pipelines, Linux, Ansible and IaC with Python/Bash/Terraform.

As an OpenShift Platform Engineer, you will design, implement and manage OpenShift clusters across various environments, ensuring their performance, scalability, security and reliability. You will support cloud and hybrid environments, build and automate CI/CD pipelines, and contribute to maintaining stable production operations.
You will also help shape AI-ready platform capabilities by supporting containerized workloads, automation standards and platform patterns that can be used by modern application and AI-enabled delivery teams.
Working with diverse and technically advanced solutions will allow you to build strong relationships with clients and continuously grow your expertise. You will be part of highly self-organizing, independent teams that operate in agile and lean engineering environments, fostering continuous improvement and innovation.
Cloud & Custom Applications (C&CA) provides comprehensive end-to-end IT services from business specification, through software development and implementation, to application maintenance using leading IT technologies and management methods.
