Day-to-day work spans test design, functional/integration/configuration validation, and documenting results against baselines.
About the role
Imagineeer is seeking a Pilot Test Engineer to measure and test two commercial acquisition tools piloted in parallel for a federal civilian department. Your data will show whether each tool delivers the efficiencies its vendor claims.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design test measurement approaches with the QA/Pilot Test Lead.
- Collect quantitative and qualitative pilot data for both tools.
- Execute functional, integration, and configuration validation testing.
- Document results against baseline measures.
- Work with The contractor-provided sandbox in a FedRAMP-authorized cloud region, with mock AMS/PRISM, FPDS-NG, and SAM.gov interfaces and synthetic data
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3 or more years of software testing experience.
- Experience executing test plans and documenting results.
- Comfort with data collection and basic analysis.
Desired Skills and Competencies:
• ISTQB Foundation certification.
• Experience testing SaaS products or integrations in federal settings.
