Physician - General Surgery

Help us change the delivery of healthcare.

Come join a cutting-edge, full-service health system consisting of two state-of-the-art hospitals featuring numerous da Vinci Xi robotic platforms, ambulatory surgery centers, and outpatient facilities located throughout the Southern New Jersey coastline. The General Surgery Division is expanding, and we are seeking board-certified/board-eligible General Surgeons with robotic experience to join our innovative and growing team.

This newly enhanced hybrid role is designed to strengthen both inpatient and outpatient surgical care delivery across the health system. The position combines dedicated hospitalist/surgicalist coverage responsibilities—including inpatient clinical presence and call coverage—with outpatient surgical practice responsibilities focused on expediting referrals, improving continuity of care, and facilitating timely hospital discharges.

Fellowship-trained minimally invasive/robotic surgeons and new graduates are encouraged to apply.

You will join a team of board-certified surgeons committed to excellence in robotic-assisted and minimally invasive surgery, supported by a robust referral network and strong institutional infrastructure. Our current surgical team has deep community roots and over 20 years of local experience—you’ll be busy from day one.
