About Thrive

Thrive is a leading full-funnel digital marketing agency supporting growth for some of North America’s most ambitious companies. We evolve our services through disciplined learning, continuous improvement, and close partnership with our clients - regularly assessing what works, what doesn’t, and where to raise the bar.

Our mission is to help companies grow sustainably. To do that, we’ve built deep expertise across performance marketing, brand marketing, digital design, and data and measurement, managing more than $5 billion USD in advertising spend over the past decade. Our work spans startups, scale-ups, and enterprise organizations, including Alo, Zoom, Slack, Uber, Asana, Masterclass, Snapchat, Change.org, and lululemon.

Our culture values curiosity, accountability, and thoughtful problem-solving. We challenge our teams to grow and take ownership of their work while respecting boundaries and long-term sustainability. Thrive is a place where experimentation is encouraged, learning is continuous, and people are supported to do high-quality work they’re proud of - together.

The Opportunity

This is a build-and-grow moment. We're expanding our performance practice around lead generation, and the work comes with a portfolio most marketers only get to admire from the outside — think category-defining B2B software and technology brands, the kind of companies whose products you already use and whose growth story is still being written. You won't just be running campaigns for them; you'll be the strategic partner helping them figure out how demand generation compounds into pipeline, market share, and durable growth. That means owning the questions that actually move a business: how do we reach the right buyers earlier, turn intent into qualified pipeline, and build a lead engine that scales as they do? The tactical craft matters — funnel design, lead quality, CPL and lead-to-opportunity performance — but here it's in service of something bigger: shaping how some of the most ambitious brands in tech grow. If your best work has been measured in ROAS, purchases, or app installs, this likely isn't your fit. But if you think about demand gen as a growth strategy, not just a channel, let's chat.

The Role

Joining the Performance department (performance marketing) as our Performance Strategist, you'll ensure Thrive operates at peak performance by establishing efficient processes, implementing best practices, and fostering growth within your team in both technical and strategic areas. Your mission will be to develop and execute project growth initiatives, lead a high-performing team, and uphold our company philosophy. You’ll focus on setting your team up for success by enhancing the systems used to build, maintain, and grow client relationships through continuous improvement of philosophies, programs, policies, and processes.

Working Within Our Values:

At Thrive, we value teamwork and a "no politics" culture. This means that no matter your title, everyone is committed to contributing in whatever way is needed to ensure project success. Operating at a manager level, you address any role performance challenges proactively and appropriately. You set team members up for success to continuously elevate their roles on projects, are an expert at giving feedback and approach difficult conversations with confidence and care.
Company: Lead a culture of project excellence in the Performance department by guiding daily interactions, developing initiatives, and aligning individual efforts with organizational goals. Monitor team workflow, use business intelligence tools to optimize people and project allocation.
- Example: You lead team-level conversations and support initiatives that keep Thrive on the leading edge of performance marketing. You get buy-in, work through change management, and successfully collaborate with cross-functional support as needed.

You have successfully managed client and / or key stakeholder relationships (ranging in seniority) via weekly touchpoint meetings, quarterly business presentations and asynchronous communication channels (Slack, email, Asana, etc).
