— Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube — across multiple client accounts simultaneously.

— Make budgets work harder Efficient spend management, smart bidding strategies, and constant optimisation to maximise ROI and ROAS.

— Run A/B tests that actually change decisions Not testing for the sake of it — testing to learn and improve.

— Set up tracking that tells the real story Pixels, conversion events, GA4, Tag Manager — you don't rely on platform-reported numbers alone.

— Turn data into direction Analyse campaign performance and present clear, actionable recommendations — not just charts.

— Collaborate with creative and content teams Brief them on what's working, what the audience is responding to, and what needs to change.

— Build and present performance reports To internal stakeholders and directly to clients — clearly, confidently, and honestly.

— Stay ahead of the platforms Algorithm changes, new ad formats, AI-powered marketing tools — you're always watching.

YOU'RE PROBABLY THE RIGHT PERSON IF

— You're data-obsessed without being data-paralysed You know when to trust the numbers and when to trust your instincts.

— You've managed significant monthly ad budgets And you can speak to the decisions you made with them.

— You're comfortable with ambiguity Not every brief comes perfectly packaged. You ask the right questions and get moving.
