Performance Marketing Manager

About Us

At Prenuvo, we are on a mission to flip the paradigm from reactive “sick-care” to proactive health care. Our award-winning whole body scan is fast (under 1 hour), safe (MRI has no ionizing radiation), and non-invasive (no contrast). Our unique integrated stack of optimized hardware, software, and increasingly AI, coupled with the patient-centric experience of our clinics across North America, have allowed us to lead the charge against “we caught it too late again.”

Prenuvo is seeking a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager to support execution across our core acquisition channels. As the Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll be an embedded member of the Growth Marketing team—collaborating closely with internal leads to manage and optimize day-to-day campaigns for paid social (Meta, TikTok, Reddit) and paid search (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads).

Your primary focus will be tactical campaign management: implementing bid and budget optimizations, testing and refreshing ad copy and creative, cleaning up search terms, and executing cross-platform experiments that keep campaigns responsive to both performance data and evolving creative direction.

This role is a critical addition during a high-growth phase to sustain campaign momentum, drive efficiency, and scale Prenuvo’s customer acquisition through the busy season and beyond.

This role does not provide visa sponsorship. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire and must not require employer sponsorship for a work visa (current or future).

Help reshape the world through proactive healthcare while working with cutting-edge technology and high performing teams with deep expertise - join us to make a difference in people’s lives!

What You'll Do

• Execute day-to-day campaign management + analysis across paid social (Meta, TikTok, Reddit), paid search (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads) including bid, budget, audience, and creative optimizations.
• Refresh ad copy, creative assets, and extensions in collaboration with the internal team.
• Implement structured testing frameworks (copy, creative, audience, landing page) to identify performance drivers and scale winners.
• Analyze performance data to generate actionable insights and recommendations that align with overall acquisition goals (CPA, ROAS, Cost/Purchase).
• Support the rollout of new channels and campaign types (YouTube, Demand Gen, etc.) as Prenuvo expands its media mix.
• Partner with internal teams on tracking and measurement to ensure high-quality signal input for campaign optimization.
• Collaborate with internal leads to deliver reports, insights, and recommendations for weekly reviews.
• Utilize paid media technology to manage campaigns, bids, and budgets at scale.

What You'll Bring

• 5-8 years of hands-on experience managing paid social and paid search campaigns.
• Proven success managing seven-figure monthly budgets and optimizing to CPA and ROAS targets.
• Deep proficiency in paid social (Meta, TikTok) and paid search (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads), with a strong grasp of campaign structure, automation levers, and creative optimization.
• Strong analytical mindset; ability to interpret data and pivot quickly based on performance insights.
• Familiarity with other platforms such as Pinterest, Reddit and tools like Google Analytics a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in high-AOV consumer, healthcare, or wellness categories a plus.
