About Scandinavian Biolabs

Scandinavian Biolabs is a science-driven hair care brand founded in Denmark, with a mission: to make bio-harmonic, science-backed hair longevity products part of people's daily lives. We exist to redefine how hair loss is treated through clinically backed, high-efficacy solutions, and our ambition is to become the most trusted global leader in natural, science-backed hair health.

We are expanding rapidly across Europe and the U.S., and we are building the organisational foundations to match that growth. Our culture is built on ownership, transparency, and evidence-base thinking. We move with speed and intention, and we expect the same from the people who join us.

About the role

The Performance Marketing Manager (Acquisition focused) drives day-to-day execution of our paid acquisition strategy. Working closely with the CMO, this is a mid-level, hands-on role for someone with 3–5 years of experience, who will own hands-on channel management, briefs and feedback with agencies and internal teams, and support the data-driven decision framework that turns testing into learning. Based in Copenhagen, you will work directly with the CMO and contribute to profitable growth across our key markets.

Key responsibilities

Paid acquisition & budget

• Execute the global paid acquisition strategy in close partnership with the CMO, with clear reasoning behind every significant budget decision
• Manage day-to-day paid media budget pacing, reporting, and reallocation
• Optimize paid spend across channels for long-term LTV and profitability, not short-term volume

Channel strategy

• Run day-to-day channel operations across Google and Meta; coordinate briefs and feedback with media agencies
• Test new channels (TikTok, YouTube, Reddit) and recommend scale-up opportunities backed by evidence, not assumption

Creative & messaging

• Brief creative agencies and the internal creative team on funnel-specific creative needs
• Translate performance data into creative iteration recommendations across the funnel (TOF to BOF)

Testing & measurement

• Run A/B tests across creatives, audiences, copy, and landing pages
• Analyze KPIs (GA4, Triple Whale) and surface insights for budget, channel, and creative decisions, documenting what was learned along the way

Cross-functional collaboration

• Partner with retention, brand, influencer, CRM, and creative teams to drive LTV and brand growth
• Share acquisition learnings across the organization to strengthen in-house capability, not just your own results
• Communicate proactively: flag risks early, share progress proactively, and bring your reasoning when you advocate for a decision

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in DTC/e-commerce performance marketing; consumer brand experience preferred
• Hands-on experience managing 5–6 figure monthly media budgets
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads; familiarity with TikTok, YouTube, or Reddit a plus
• Solid understanding of CAC, ROAS, and LTV; comfortable with budget pacing and forecasting
• Track record of improving performance through structured A/B testing and creative iteration
• Working knowledge of GA4, Triple Whale, Looker Studio, and attribution concepts
• Experience working with media and creative agencies through briefs and feedback loops
• Growth-oriented operator who take full accountability for outcomes and thrive in fast-changing environment.
• Fluent, business-level English required

What success looks like

• CAC improves by 30% and ROAS improves by 50% within 12 months
• Paid revenue scales by 60% YoY
• A predictable and scalable global acquisition engine is in place, with budget allocation grounded in evidence
• Acquisition learnings systematically captured and shared organization-wide to strengthen in-house capability beyond this role
• Strong collaboration with other departments drives higher-quality new customers and LTV growth
