- Define performance test architecture and drive integration of performance checks into CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices.
- Establish observability and telemetry expectations, leveraging logs, traces, metrics, and APM insights to identify bottlenecks and support root cause analysis.
- Apply AI-powered capabilities to improve performance analysis, anomaly detection, capacity forecasting, regression detection, and productivity.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to the Senior Performance Test Engineer while enabling Product, Engineering, DevOps, Platform, and QE teams through coaching, guidance, reusable assets, and Communities of Practice.
What We’re Looking For:

- Experience working within cloud-native, distributed systems, and microservices-based architectures.
- Experience operating in federated or product-led delivery and Quality Engineering models.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering techniques and responsible AI adoption practices within engineering organizations.
- Experience contributing to Communities of Practice, engineering standards, reusable assets, and organizational capability development.
