Our Newest Opportunity:

Help shape the future of how we work, one system improvement at a time.

Our People Technology team doesn't wait for change; we drive it. As one of the first teams to test new Workday functionality and adopt emerging features, we move fast, experiment often, and aren't afraid to be early. If you're energized by solving problems independently, love digging into a system until you understand exactly how it works, and want real ownership over the tools that power our People and Culture organization, this is your seat.

As our People Technology Analyst, you'll be a key player on a Best-in-Class People and Culture Team, with direct influence over our Workday platform. You'll configure, troubleshoot, and continuously improve the systems our HR team and employees rely on every day, and you'll have the autonomy to take an idea and run with it.

What You'll Do

• Configure and maintain our people technology systems, including user setup, and security permissions
• Get hands-on with new Workday features early: testing, evaluating, and recommending enhancements before they go mainstream
• Take ownership of technical issues from discovery to resolution, troubleshooting independently and knowing when to loop in the team for a second set of eyes
• Partner with teammates to translate business needs into practical, scalable system solutions
• Build and analyze reports that give HR and organizational leaders the insights they need to make confident decisions
• Run regular audits and quality checks to keep our data accurate, compliant, and trustworthy
• Spot discrepancies before they become problems, and fix them
• Bring fresh ideas to the table. We want to hear how we can do things better, not just keep doing them the same way
• Be a go-to resource for managers and employees navigating our systems
• Take on other projects as they come up; no two weeks look exactly the same

What You Bring

• 1–3 years of experience with HRIS systems, including system setup and/or reporting
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and sharp analytical instincts
• A self-starter mindset; you're excited to take ownership of your work, good at figuring things out, and quick to ask questions when you get stuck
• Curiosity and comfort with ambiguity; you're excited by new features and unafraid of being a first adopter
• Workday experience is a plus
• HRIS implementation experience preferred
• Open to filling this role at the Senior level for the right candidate

The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $60,000 to $70,000 per year.
