ABOUT THE TEAM
At Anduril, we're not just changing the game – we're redefining it. As a People Program Manager, you will partner with teams and leaders from across the business to drive execution, manage program lifecycles, and build lasting, scalable organizational solutions.
ABOUT THE JOB
We are looking for a Program Manager to join our rapidly growing People PM Team. From talent acquisition to compensation, you'll dive deep into our critical workflows, emerging as the directly accountable owner for key People Programs. With your strong foundation in project management, a keen understanding of data analysis, and ability to build trust across the business, you will drive program initiatives, manage risks, and communicate effectively with stakeholders across the company.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- You’ll lead and execute critical projects within the People organization, ensuring successful delivery against business objectives.
- You have an insanely high execution bar and will see projects through from conception to tactical completion to move Anduril forward.
- Develop, own, and maintain comprehensive program schedules, project briefs, trackers, and risk/opportunity registers to ensure on-schedule delivery.
- Use your qualitative and quantitative skill set to tackle complex problems with strong analytical thinking to design key analyses that influence operational decisions.
- Build trust and credibility with senior partners, acting as the primary interface and translating complex people data into clear, actionable project plans.
- You’ll communicate across teams, bridging different parts of the organization, crafting compelling narratives and project updates that align stakeholders and drive positive program outcomes and alignment.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in program management, internal operations, human resources, or management consulting.
- Proven experience managing the end-to-end execution of moderately complex programs, including risk mitigation, task tracking, and stakeholder management.
- You are motivated by our mission. We are working to solve the biggest problems in defense.
- You thrive in cross-functional projects that have a combination of technical requirements and user-focused workflows.
- You get energy from being a thought partner to others, using sound judgment to determine next steps with minimal direction.
- You are empathetic: you are eager to see the world from your users’ perspective.
- You love solving complex, cross-functional problems in a people-centric way.
- You’re both high ownership and low ego, approaching everything with strong outcome orientation and high humility.
- You don’t wait on others to solve problems. You proactively step into the gap to offer solutions yourself.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to present complex project details, trade-offs, and metrics clearly and concisely.
- Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities
