• Monitor the People Operations and Global Mobility mailboxes, responding to general employee questions and routing requests as needed.
• Prepare standard employment documents, such as verification letters, and maintain organized digital files for the team.
• Support the tracking of company policy updates and assist with the basic administrative tasks required for work authorizations.
• Perform regular data entry and routine audits within the HRIS to ensure all employee information remains accurate and consistent.
• System updates across the People Technology stack.
• Provide hands-on People Ops back-up for our Toronto Hub Office Coordinator, helping maintain a great employee environment through WeWork access management, office inventory, leadership room bookings, and virtual mailbox administration.
• Pitch in with other fun People Operations projects and general administrative tasks as assigned!

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

• Must be currently enrolled in a post-secondary program, with a strong preference for Human Resources or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication, ability to take meeting notes and help draft step-by-step guides for team tasks.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivots, VLOOKUPs) is advantageous, along with an interest in AI tools, learning how systems connect, and exploring automated forms and workflows.
• Demonstrates a high degree of personal integrity and an understanding of the importance of keeping employee information confidential.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy for compliance-heavy tasks, data audits and reporting.
• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative.
