Love being the go-to person for people questions? We are looking for a practical, people-focused HR Advisor to join our People Operations team. You will support team members and managers across the business with day-to-day HR matters, from policy questions and performance conversations to employee relations, onboarding and compliance. If you are great with people, calm under pressure and keen to grow your HR advisory experience in a fast-growing luxury retail brand, we would love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
Providing clear, practical HR advice to managers and team members on policies, processes and employment legislation
Supporting performance management, probation reviews and disciplinary processes, including preparing documents and guiding managers through each step
Assisting with employee relations matters, including complaints, grievances and workplace investigations
Supporting return-to-work and workers compensation cases, and helping to manage workplace health and safety reports
Preparing employment contracts, offer letters and contract variations accurately and on time
Supporting onboarding and offboarding to give new starters and leavers a great experience
Keeping team member records accurate and confidential, and making sure documents are saved in the right place in our HRIS (Kronos/UKG)
Monitoring the HR inbox and responding to enquiries promptly, escalating to senior People Operations team members where needed
Helping draft and roll out HR policies, procedures and internal communications
Looking for opportunities to improve our processes and the team member experience
