People Manager - Tech Delivery Poland

Location: 100% remotely from Poland

Join ADI R&D Tech Delivery and lead our growing technology organisation in Poland, combining people leadership, local hub ownership, engineering excellence, and close partnership with teams across R&D.

What you will be doing

As People Manager you will lead and develop a diverse group of software, data, cloud, DevOps, quality, validation, and business technology professionals. You will create the conditions for people to succeed while ensuring that the Poland organisation provides strong, scalable, and cost-effective capabilities to R&D digital products and programmes.

• An academic background in a relevant field e.g. Computer Science, Engineering or Business
• 3+ years of leadership experience from a similar role
• Experience in navigating in large organizations and working with distributed teams
• Experience supporting a lean-agile transformation through personal advocacy, engagement, and leadership
• Background within software development
