Requirements:- 5+ years of professional penetration testing experience, with the ability to work independently
- Advanced manual testing skills beyond the use of automated tools
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Unix, and network security
- Scripting or development experience, such as Python, C#, Java, or PHP
- Good knowledge of cloud environments
- Certifications such as OSCP, OSEP, CRTO, CREST, or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working with clients
- Carry out advanced manual penetration tests across web, mobile, infrastructure, cloud, and Active Directory environments
- Conduct Red Team and assumed-breach engagements, independently or as part of a team
- Review architectures and source code for security weaknesses
- Write technical reports and executive summaries, and present findings to clients
- Mentor junior and mid-level testers
- Help build internal tools and methodologies
- Support pre-sales activities and occasionally work onsite with customers
