Payroll Coordinator

Join us as our new Payroll Coordinator

We are looking for another member to join our HR Team: a working environment consisting of highly educated, skilled, positive, innovative, and enthusiastic employees. Here you will have a broad scope of payroll tasks, follow up on membership in social security systems, and be part of a team that continuously works to improve routines and guidelines.

This position is a one-year temporary assignment with the possibility of extension.

If you are a team player who would like to work closely with people from different parts of the world, we would like you to apply.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in Business administration and/or economics. Experience can compensate for lack of formal education
• 3-5 years professional experience in payroll and tax matters, preferably in offshore related payroll
• System skilles in Payroll (OCS HR, Unit 4 UBW preferred)
• Experience working with collective agreements is preferred
• Enjoy working in a collaborative environment where we share our success
• You are analytical and structured
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, in English and Norwegian
• Ability to effectively prioritize and deliver within deadlines
• Highly service minded, enthusiastic and solution oriented
• Identify yourself with our core values: Respect - Integrity - Teamwork - Excellence - And above all we are Safe

Is this the perfect role for you, but you don’t meet every single requirement? We value the right person over a perfect match to a job description. Research shows that underrepresented groups are less likely to apply unless they meet every listed requirement, and we don’t want that to hold great talent back, so we encourage you to apply. It’s the best way for us to find the right talent for this role, or another, and that could be you.

Location

Office location is Bergen, Norway

Application due date: 27.09.2026. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
