In May 2023 Reward Gateway was acquired by Edenred. Edenred is a leading digital platform for services and payments for people at work, connecting 52 million users and 2
million partner merchants in 45 countries via close to 1 million corporate clients. Today, Reward Gateway | Edenred is the leading employee engagement platform in the UK, and one of the largest affiliate publishers. We deliver significant value through offers, cashback and discounts to employees through their employer portals, and the resulting trust means our average order value is twice as high as the average affiliate (APMA 2025). £1.2 billion of transactions went through Reward Gateway | Edenred in 2024, meaning that £1 in every £490 spent in UK ecommerce flowed through our platform. We build on a 20-year legacy of excellence and performance in the affiliate industry, meaning we have strategic relationships with international brands like TUI, Expedia, Samsung and Hello
Fresh.
With our shared missions of ‘Making the World a Better Place to Work” and ‘Enriching connections, For good’, you’ll be contributing to improving employee engagement and
building better, stronger, and more resilient organizations to improve people’s daily lives. Our shared mission guides our every action and charts a sustainable path to a better future.
