Partnerships & Corporate Sales Manager

Corporate Sales & Partnership Manager (Paris Market Focus)

ABOUT ZOKU

Ready to redefine hospitality? To strengthen our commercial presence in Paris, we’re looking for a proactive Corporate Sales & Partnership Manager who knows the local market and builds relationships across segments.

Zoku Paris, at Porte de Clichy, is not your typical hotel. Our hybrid hospitality concept welcomes professionals and curious travelers who want to live, work, and connect for days, weeks, or months. With our award-winning Loft concept and vibrant rooftop spaces, we bring together residents, visitors, and the local community in a way that feels natural, inspiring, and efficient.

TELL ME MORE
This is a proactive, commercial role at the heart of our business. As our Corporate Sales & Partnership Manager, you will grow Zoku Paris’s network and drive revenue across our Lofts and meeting & event spaces. Your focus covers corporate travel, extended stays and relocation, groups, meetings and events, and local coworking partnerships. You own your territory, adapting your approach to each segment and turning conversations into bookings and contracts. You don’t wait for leads: you are out in the market, making things happen.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

No day looks the same… but here’s a glimpse of what you can expect:

Corporate Sales & Business Development

• Build, manage, and grow a portfolio spanning corporate accounts, relocation partners, intermediaries, group bookers, and local communities

• Negotiate corporate rates and segment-specific agreements to grow profitable occupancy across weekdays, weekends, and extended stays

• Proactively generate new leads through cold outreach, networking, and face-to-face meetings

• Identify high-potential accounts across segments and convert them into long-term partnerships

• Conduct engaging site visits and deliver tailored proposals reflecting client needs and Zoku’s unique concept

• Develop leads from indirect channels and strengthen direct relationships where appropriate

Local Market Activation

• Actively prospect in Clichy, Batignolles, Levallois-Perret, and Saint-Ouen, extending your reach across Paris and Île-de-France

• Build relationships with TMCs, relocation agencies, group specialists, and event organizers

• Represent Zoku at networking events, trade fairs, and local business communities

• Spot opportunities linked to city-wide events, conferences, cultural calendars, and business or relocation demand

Meeting & Events Pipeline

• Generate demand for our rooftop spaces through corporate meetings, group gatherings, and private events

• Position Zoku for offsites, workshops, and celebrations, combining meetings with overnight stays where relevant

• Work closely with the M&E team to convert enquiries and maintain a strong, consistent pipeline

Sales Strategy & Execution

• Manage your pipeline effectively using Salesforce as our CRM

• Work closely with the Director of Sales and General Manager on segment strategy and performance

• Apply value-based selling, focusing on experience and long-term partnerships rather than price

• Stay up to date with Paris market trends, seasonal demand, and competitor activity

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?

• A competitive salary starting at €3.500 gross per month, with higher compensation possible based on seniority and local network.

• A performance-linked bonus scheme that rewards your 'hunter' results.

• A complimentary phone subscription and a laptop to keep you sharp

• Mobility policy

• Friends & family rates at all Zoku locations + 40% discount on F&B for you and 4 friends Zoku locations.

• A yearly free night stay for you and your +1 at a Zoku of your choice.

• Access to regular social events, after-work drinks, and a purpose-driven, international team environment.

• A workplace where your ideas matter and your impact is visible every day.

• A fun, young, multi-national company with colleagues from across the globe to meet, learn and grow with.

• Exciting on-the-job training opportunities and fun events throughout the year to celebrate achievements and milestones.

WE LOVE PEOPLE WHO HAVE

• Ownership & Outreach: You don’t wait for leads; you generate them yourself through a high level of ownership and proactive outreach.

• The ‘Hunter’ Spirit: You love being out in Paris, opening doors and building networks across segments.

• Value-Based Selling: You match Zoku’s live-work concept to different needs, from business assignments to leisure stays and events.

• Energy with Structure: A high-energy ‘people person’ with the discipline to follow through and close deals.

• Impact-Driven: You take pride in growing occupancy, revenue, and a balanced business mix throughout the week.

A FEW MUST HAVES

• Proven sales experience in hotels, aparthotels, serviced apartments, or relevant B2B commercial roles

• Strong knowledge of the Paris market and its corporate, extended-stay, and events landscape

• A proactive, hands-on hunter mentality

• Confidence in building relationships from scratch and closing deals

• Strong commercial awareness and ability to prioritize high-value opportunities across segments

• Excellent communication skills in French and English, with confidence prospecting, presenting, and negotiating with local buyers and partners in French, and working with international clients in English.
