Partner Solutions Engineer (ANZ & ASEAN)

Join the company that’s building the telemetry infrastructure for the AI era. At Cribl, we partner with IT and Security teams at many of the world’s biggest enterprises, including half of the Fortune 100, to bridge the gap between AI ambition and infrastructure reality. As the AI Platform for Telemetry, we give customers the choice, control, and flexibility to manage and analyze telemetry for both humans and agents, so they can build what’s next.

We’re one of the fastest‑growing private companies and a leading player in a massive, fast‑moving market. With a global workforce, we’re remote‑first and grounded in a simple idea: software is a people business. Cribl is the place where curious, collaborative people can do their best work, grow fast, and bring their full selves to the herd.

This is a remote role based out of Sydney ( Preferred) or Melbourne

Why You'll Love This Role

As a Partner Solutions Engineer, you'll get to flex your technical chops and storytelling skills by helping partners to unlock the full potential of Cribl in real-world environments. With the freedom of remote work and the excitement of solving unique data challenges, every day brings something new—and impactful. You are a builder, a coach, and a strategist. Your mission is to build a highly skilled, self-sufficient technical community within our ANZ and ASEAN partner ecosystem. You will be the force multiplier that enables our partners to win, driving our mutual success and scaling our business across the region.

As An Active Member Of Our Team, You Will…

• Act as the ultimate connector and trusted advisor, building unbreakable bridges of trust between our internal sales teams and our partners' technical wizards, ensuring seamless collaboration and shared success.
• Serve as the primary technical authority for a growing portfolio of partners, empowering them with the architectural expertise and best practices needed to solve their customers' most complex data challenges.
• Actively champion the partner-led sales motion, mentoring our partners’ SEs through live sales cycles to build their confidence, increase deal velocity, and drive a significant increase in partner-led revenue.
• Transform our partners' technical capabilities from subjective to factual, establishing clear metrics for success and fostering a culture of continuous learning and certification.
• Evangelize Cribl's value pillars and use cases, coaching partners on how to build compelling business cases and articulate the unique power of our solutions.
• Improve the overall experience for our customers by ensuring they receive expert-level support and guidance from a highly competent, local partner network that you helped build.
• Be the champion and driving force behind our partner technical enablement strategy in APAC: sponsoring and executing a world-class program of workshops, bootcamps, and coaching sessions.
• Document compelling use cases in blog posts and contribute enhancements to product documentation.
• Travel up to 50% across ANZ and ASEAN to engage with partners and support key opportunities.
• We are a remote-first company and work happens across many time-zones – you may be required to occasionally perform duties outside your standard working hours.

If You’ve Got It - We Want It

• We are looking for a unique blend of deep technical expertise, exceptional communication skills, and a genuine passion for teaching and mentorship.
• 5+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Professional Services, or Technical Support.
• Proven experience in a partner-facing or channel-focused technical role is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to train, mentor, and enable technical teams. Experience developing technical training materials (workshops, labs, presentations) is a significant plus.
• Deep domain expertise with Logs, Metrics, IT Operations, and Security (SIEM, SOAR, Observability Platforms).
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex technical concepts for a wide range of audiences.
• A proactive, programmatic mindset with a talent for building relationships and influencing both internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience working remotely.
