THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Partner Sales Executive to join our Partnerships team in Amsterdam! This is a hybrid role, requiring a minimum of two days per week in our Amsterdam office.

Wellhub is officially expanding into the Benelux region, and you will join a high-impact team at the forefront of this new venture! As one of the first Partner Sales Executives in the region, you will play a key role in building our presence from the ground up—identifying, pitching, and closing partnerships with the wellness providers that will power our network. This is a rare opportunity to take on real ownership from day one, introduce a global brand to new markets, and help shape our long-term success in Belgium, Netherlands, and Luxembourg.

YOUR IMPACT

Reporting to the Partnership Leader, you will be responsible for the “Longtail” sales strategy, curating the diverse network of gyms and studios that will power the wellbeing of our corporate users. You will:

• Identify and engage key decision-makers at gyms, boutiques, and wellness studios across the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg from scratch.
• Lead outbound activity across cold calling, video meetings, and social selling to grow our partner network across the region.
• Drive the strategic positioning of Wellhub with local partners, clearly communicating our value proposition to providers discovering us for the first time.
• Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring we quickly onboard an initial base of high-quality wellness partners to support our corporate clients.
• Take ownership of the onboarding and handover process for new partners, ensuring a smooth and consistent experience as they join our platform. Work closely with the Partnership Leader to improve those processes as we scale.
• Act as a key source of market feedback, sharing regional insights and local nuances to help shape our supply strategy.
• Consistently meet and exceed targets for new partner acquisitions, contributing to building a strong and attractive network in the region.

WHO YOU ARE

• You have 1+ year of experience in high-volume B2B sales or the fitness industry. Experience in a startup or in a "new market" environment is a big plus.
• You communicate fluently in Dutch and English (French is a strong plus).
• You’re proactive, curious, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving environment.
• You thrive on building processes from scratch and take ownership of your work.
• You are motivated by targets and bring high energy to outbound activity.
• You are familiar with CRM tools such as Salesforce (a plus).
• You are passionate about networking and building meaningful professional relationships.
• You enjoy working as part of a team and contributing to a positive, collaborative environment.

We recognize that individuals approach job applications differently. We strongly encourage all aspiring applicants to go for it, even if they don't match the job description 100%. We welcome your application and will be delighted to explore if you could be a great fit for our team.
