• Maintain accurate partner-facing documentation, internal resources, user guides, and program materials.
• Assist with configuring, testing, and troubleshooting partner-facing tools and platforms, resolving routine issues and escalating more complex concerns appropriately.
• Support the mapping and documentation of partner journeys and internal workflows, helping identify friction points and opportunities to improve the partner experience.
• Coordinate routine updates, meetings, timelines, dependencies, and action items across Product, Engineering, Operations, Sales, and other cross-functional teams.
• Compile, organize, and report on program data and KPIs, including partner adoption, tool utilization, and satisfaction.
• Support recurring reporting processes and help ensure stakeholders have accurate and timely visibility into program performance.
• Draft and distribute internal and partner-facing communications regarding program, tool, and workflow updates under the direction of senior program leadership.
• Communicate progress, risks, blockers, and timeline changes clearly and proactively to relevant stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve documentation, workflows, execution accuracy, and the scalability of day-to-day program operations.
