About the Role:
CrowdStrike is looking for a Partner Market Place Development Manager to drive growth from Germany into the European Channel landscape by expanding and optimising our MP/Distribution partner ecosystem. This is a newly created, strategically significant Partner Manager role with a dedicated focus on Schwarz Digit as a new strategic partner, with particular emphasis on advancing Sovereign Digitality initiatives. The role is responsible for bringing key focus areas — Marketplace, Distribution, and Reselling — to full operational momentum across the European Sales and Partner Organisation, while planning, developing, and taking lead ownership of elevating the existing business foundation to the next level.
This role reports into the Channel and Alliance leadership for CEEUR, while operating across and beyond this region in a cross-functional, pan-European capacity. The position is a strategic cornerstone of both the regional go-to-market approach and CrowdStrike's global Sovereignty GTM strategy, carrying significant visibility and executive exposure. It offers an experienced local Partner Manager a compelling global perspective within a modern, AI-driven environment and a highly collaborative, cohesive team.
The role works in close alignment with dedicated Pre-Sales and Marketing resources for Schwarz Digit, and extends its impact into the customer landscape of the Schwarz Group, as well as potential new and emerging business areas — such as, for example, Consumer — as they develop. The ideal candidate is a proven matrix operator, capable of navigating complex organisational structures while maintaining clear accountability and momentum.
Structured execution, the development of a granular business plan, and the delivery of concrete pipeline measures form the operational backbone of this role. As a partner-facing position, it requires demonstrated field sales experience and a genuine willingness to travel regularly.
This position is open to candidates located remotely in Germany.
What You'll Do:
Develop and execute comprehensive business and partner plans across Germany to exceed revenue targets, collaborating with distribution partners, focused on Schwarz Digit / STACKIT, and the broader channel community to build sustainable pipeline and surpass assigned sales quotas
Serve as the primary relationship owner and strategic point of contact for Schwarz Digit, driving the partnership across Marketplace, Distribution, and Reselling motions, and taking full lead responsibility for growing this newly established strategic alliance to its next stage of maturity
Design and own a granular, structured business plan for the Schwarz Digit partnership, including measurable milestones, KPIs, pipeline targets, and joint go-to-market activities — ensuring consistent progress tracking and executive-level reporting
Champion CrowdStrike's Sovereign Digitality positioning within the Schwarz Digit partnership and across the broader European partner ecosystem, acting as a key contributor to the global Sovereignty GTM strategy
Identify and capitalise on new market opportunities within the assigned portfolio, creating detailed business plans and engagement strategies for each key account, including STACKIT, with measurable targets and KPIs
Strategically identify, recruit, onboard, and grow distribution, VAR, reseller, and referral partnerships to enhance market coverage across key verticals, driving a marked increase in partner-originated opportunities and deal registrations
Navigate and operate effectively within a matrix organisation, aligning cross-functionally with European Sales, Channel, Alliance, Pre-Sales, and Marketing stakeholders to drive coordinated execution across the partnership
Collaborate closely with dedicated Schwarz Digit Pre-Sales and Marketing resources, ensuring joint go-to-market activities are well-orchestrated, impactful, and aligned with both CrowdStrike's and Schwarz Digit's strategic priorities
Extend partnership impact into the Schwarz Group's customer base, identifying opportunities to support end-customer engagements and contribute to new and emerging business fields — including potential future areas such as Consumer — as the partnership evolves
Cultivate and maintain C-level and senior executive relationships within partner organisations, including STACKIT, serving as CrowdStrike's strategic ambassador and establishing trusted advisor status within the channel ecosystem
Orchestrate collaboration between internal Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams to ensure partner success, accelerate deal closure, and accurately forecast and achieve business objectives
Develop and execute a technical enablement strategy that supports the channel sales approach across the territory, ensuring consistent partner enablement and support across all channels
Lead joint marketing initiatives with partners, including product launches and demand generation campaigns, coordinating with field marketing on programs, events, and campaigns to create awareness and interest among partners' customers
Drive partner participation across multiple platforms including seminars, tradeshows, and digital channels to maximise market visibility and solution adoption
Proactively maintain ongoing knowledge of the industry, territory, existing and target channel partner accounts, and the competitive landscape, while maintaining thorough knowledge of CrowdStrike products, sales strategies, value proposition, and competition
Maintain accountability for existing partnerships, including STACKIT, while actively developing new strategic relationships to expand market presence and vertical coverage
What You'll Need:
University/College degree or equivalent experience
Proven experience in Channel/Distribution sales with technology vendors across Germany, with cybersecurity or information security industry experience strongly preferred
Demonstrated ability to work effectively within matrix organisations, managing multiple stakeholders across functions, regions, and seniority levels simultaneously
Proven Marketplace and Channel experience, including familiarity with cloud marketplace models, distribution dynamics, and reseller ecosystems — ideally within a hyperscaler, cloud, or sovereign cloud environment
Demonstrated track record of consistent quota over-achievement and successfully closing enterprise-level solutions and services opportunities
Proven ability to build and execute granular business plans with structured pipeline measures, clear KPIs, and disciplined follow-through
New partner development experience, including strategic identification, recruitment, and onboarding, as well as established relationships with key decision-makers within the channel
Experience working with or knowledge of cloud and digital infrastructure partners such as STACKIT / Schwarz Digit will be considered a strong advantage
Proven ability to build and maintain C-level relationships, with exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills across all organisational levels
Strong track record of identifying, engaging, and influencing key decision-makers through compelling value propositions and strategic business solutions
Strategic thinker with a hunter mentality who takes initiative, is capable of hands-on problem solving, and can generate innovative ideas and solutions
Motivated and focused self-starter with strong leadership skills, able to multi-task and work independently or within a team in complex, quota-driven enterprise sales environments
Substantial field sales experience with a proven willingness and ability to travel regularly across the region and beyond as required by the role
Outstanding communication abilities, including polished presentation skills and professional written communication
Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of security and networking technologies preferred
Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.
Native fluency in German and business-level English
