Partner Manager - KayaPush

The Company:

KayaPush is the only fully integrated HR and payroll platform built for the cannabis industry. Payroll, scheduling, hiring and onboarding, time tracking, HR compliance, and reporting all live in one place. We're trusted by thousands of dispensaries and cannabis operators across North America, and our partner ecosystem is one of our biggest levers for growth as new states come online.

The Team:

We're a driven group of Pushies who move fast and care deeply about the operators and partners we serve. Partnerships sits at the center of our go to market motion and works closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success. We're spread across North America with a home base office in Vancouver, BC. If you thrive in a high ownership, collaborative environment where your work has direct business impact, you'll fit right in.

The Role:

This is a high visibility role for someone with a strong background in technology partnerships, program management, and partner engagement. You thrive in a fast paced environment and you're excited about helping licensed cannabis operators run their teams better.

As Partner Manager, you'll build strong relationships with KayaPush's technology and affiliate partners. You'll guide partners through onboarding and go live, support them once they're live, and keep the relationship producing results over the long term. You'll work closely with partners externally and with KayaPush's cross functional teams internally.

You'll own a portfolio of partners across cannabis POS, accounting, payments, loyalty, job boards, benefits, and more. Your focus is growing the volume of partner sourced and partner influenced pipeline, making KayaPush the preferred workforce management partner across the cannabis tech ecosystem, and helping us build our name in legal and soon to be legal states.

Working cross functionally is a core part of this role. You'll be the internal voice of the partner, connecting the dots between Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, and you'll advocate for partner success at every stage of the relationship.

Location:

Recently the world has changed so we are changing with it. We’re embracing new ways of working and are constantly adapting our practices to ensure that wherever you are working from, you feel a part of the team and have everything you need to work comfortably. We are a remote-first company, Pushies can choose to work remotely or from our Downtown Vancouver office.

Please note this opportunity is open to internal applicants only.
