Part Time Sales Assistant

Flannels is where luxury lives. Home to over 200 of the world's most coveted designer and contemporary brands, we set the standard for luxury fashion across the UK, in-store and online. Every detail matters here, from the way a customer is welcomed to the way a collection is curated. If you love fashion and believe in doing things properly, you'll feel right at home.

The Role: Sales Assistant

This isn't your average shop floor job. As a Sales Assistant at Flannels, you're the face of luxury retail: the first impression, the reason customers come back. You'll create moments that feel personal, polished, and effortlessly luxury, from the second the doors open.

What's In It For You

• Competitive pay that reflects what you bring
• Staff discount across the full Frasers Group family of brands
• Real progression, we grow fast, and so can you
• A luxury environment designed to inspire (yours and the customers)
• Training and development to sharpen your craft and grow your career

Your Development

From day one, you’ll receive a full in-store induction. As you progress, you’ll have access to internal development pathways, including Team Leader programmes and nationally recognised qualifications, supporting your growth within Flannels and the wider Frasers Group.

What You'll Do

• Welcome every customer.
• Ask the right questions, listen properly, and act with intent.
• Stay sharp on collections, brands, and trends so your recommendations land.
• Bring promotions, loyalty perks, and the little extras to life.
• Handle transactions with accuracy and confidence.
• Keep the shop floor looking flawless. Presentation is non-negotiable.
• Get the store trade-ready every morning through replenishment and prep.
• Spot the opportunity for an add-on or a smarter alternative, naturally.
• Deliver service that's consistent, considered, and unmistakably Flannels.
• Follow our policies and procedures. They're what keep the standard high.
