Part Time Recruiter

If you’re an experienced recruiter who loves variety, flexibility, and consultative partnership, this role was built for you. You’ll provide full-cycle recruiting support for multiple client companies, with assignments that vary in duration and hours—and can typically be completed virtually.

At Catapult, we help employers navigate immediate and long-term workforce challenges through expertise, resources, data-driven insights, and a dynamic member community. And we’re committed to being an amazing workplace rooted in our values of Innovation, Integrity, Community, Excellence, and Service!

What you’ll do:

• Partner with hiring managers/HR/senior leaders to deliver full life-cycle recruiting

• Build recruiting strategies (target market, job requirements, comp/benefits considerations, success factors)

• Source talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other social platforms

• Create and place job postings

• Screen resumes, conduct phone screens, and coordinate interviews

• Meet with engaged clients weekly for updates and additional needs

• Use consultative, relationship-based conversations to secure new recruiting assignments from existing clients

A note about flexibility:

Assignments are based on client needs—hours and schedule are not guaranteed (great fit for someone who wants flexible, project-based work).
