Location: Based in Dartford, Kent
Pay: £16.56 per hour
Hours: 12 Hours part-time on a rotating shift pattern
We are looking for a reliable and professional Minibus Driver to provide transport for employees travelling between Tonbridge and our Dartford site.
This role involves collecting colleagues from Tonbridge and bringing them to work in Dartford, then returning them home at the end of their shift. You'll be responsible for operating a 12-15 seat minibus safely, professionally and in accordance with all relevant transport legislation.
This position offers regular part-time hours on a rotating shift pattern and includes a mixture of early morning runs, afternoon runs, evening runs and split shift days. A copy of the rota will be provided, during the recruitment process. Whilst this is a part-time position, there may be opportunities to take on additional driving or warehouse hours for applicants looking to increase their weekly earnings, subject to business requirements
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Safely transport employees between Tonbridge and Dartford.
- Carry out daily vehicle safety checks and report defects.
- Ensure passengers travel safely and comfortably.
- Follow scheduled routes and timings.
- Maintain a clean and presentable vehicle.
- Comply with all road traffic legislation and company procedures.
- Report any accidents, incidents or vehicle issues promptly.
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds a valid PCV/PSV Licence (essential).
- Holds a valid Driver CPC (essential).
- Has an excellent driving record.
- Reliable, punctual and safety-focused.
- Friendly and professional manner.
- Previous bus, coach or minibus driving experience preferred.
