What You’ll Do;
The Service Technician actively contributes to service standards of the department to ensure that all product and sales goals are achieved through the conscientious application of Sporting Life merchandising standards.
Assemble, disassemble, and service a variety of bicycles, skis, and snowboards.
Diagnose and repair equipment to ensure safety, performance, and longevity.
Provide expert advice and technical support to customers, helping them make informed decisions about maintenance and repairs.
Deliver a fantastic customer service experience by building trust and offering tailored solutions.
Complete all required documentation before returning equipment to customers.
What You’ll Bring;
Enthusiasm for excellent customer service
Ability to provide excellent technical service (i.e. racquet stringing and service; ski tuning and repair; binding, mounting, and inspection; and in-line skate maintenance; bike building, tuning, and repair)
High standard of professionalism
Enthusiasm for serving public ensuring that all customers are cared for equally and in accordance with Sporting Life standards.
Excellent communication and organization skills
Friendly, outgoing personality
A self-starter who works well independently
Committed to maintaining required technical skills and continually upgrading knowledge as the company makes training available.
