Requirements
- High-level written English proficiency with a professional, empathetic tone.
- Previous experience handling high-volume email/helpdesk customer support (SaaS, digital streaming, or subscription platforms preferred).
- Hands-on experience with Help Scout (or similar helpdesk software) and Slack.
- Strong core competency in reviewing proof-of-purchase/receipt documents and conducting basic account troubleshooting.
- Excellent organizational skills to apply consistent ticket tagging for analytical reporting.
- Ability to adapt quickly in an agile environment with cross-functional communication.
- Nice to have: Background in sports media, live streaming, creator-economy platforms, or agile tech-triage setups.
- Field and resolve high-volume email support tickets during user migration and account onboarding.
- Manually review and verify user receipts/proof of purchase to issue subscription onboarding codes.
- Assist users in setting up monthly and annual subscription payment profiles.
- Troubleshoot tier-1 issues including live stream access, login/password resets, and creator account inquiries.
- Tag and categorize daily tickets to help internal product and engineering teams automate recurring issues.
- Maintain high-touch customer service standards that deliver a warm, high-quality brand experience.
- Rapidly triaging initial migration ticket surges while maintaining high resolution accuracy.
- Identifying recurring platform errors quickly to help internal teams automate fixes.
- Delivering empathetic, consistent customer support with high satisfaction scores.
