Responsibilities
Part-time buffer role
The client is a business texting & emailing platform that lets users engage with their customers using shared inboxes.
Since users use the platform to communicate with customers via SMS, strong troubleshooting skills are needed.
Problem-Solving Ability: Capability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and provide effective solutions promptly.
Adaptability: Flexibility to handle various customer inquiries and adapt to changing situations in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Aptitude: Proficiency in using digital communication tools and platforms, as well as troubleshooting technical issues.
Technical Background: Basic understanding of telecommunications or digital messaging technologies can be advantageous.
