Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Paint/Color Mixer is responsible for accurately matching, mixing, and preparing paints and specialty coatings for Aerospace General Aviation customers in a warehouse environment. This role requires prior paint mixing experience and a strong ability to ensure color precision, maintain formula documentation, and support quality standards by troubleshooting finish issues and minimizing mixing errors.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to distinguish subtle color variations, and committed to delivering high-quality results while working safely and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
