Paid Social, Senior Account Executive

Salary Range £35,000 - £38,000 DOE

Why WeDiscover
WeDiscover is a leading performance marketing and technology agency, founded in 2020 on the belief that combining marketing experts with data scientists and engineers produces exceptional results. We've since been recognised in the Deloitte Fast 50 and rank in the top 8% of the Financial Times' Fastest Growing Companies in Europe.

We're founder-led with no outside investors, which means we stay true to our vision: build impactful marketing technology that keeps clients ahead in a competitive landscape. Our culture is built on problem-solving, skills-stacking, and doing good while doing well.

The Role
As a Senior Account Executive in our Paid Social team, your focus will lie on hands-on implementation - with Meta as the primary platform, alongside activity on TikTok, Snap and other emerging platforms. This will include day-to-day campaign optimisation and ownership of weekly client reporting.

You will also provide support and feedback to junior executives in the team. While execution remains central to the role, you will also be developing your strategic and analytical skills, and looking to make decisions based on wider commercial factors.

What You'll Do

• Day-to-day optimisation of campaigns, with a primary focus on Meta and additional activity across TikTok, Snap and other platforms, maintaining account health and addressing concerns before they become issues
• Ownership of weekly performance reporting: pulling data, writing clear commentary and recommending next steps
• Campaign build and structural setup, primarily on Meta and across TikTok, Snap and other platforms as required, including campaign objectives, audience and targeting setup, placements, and creative trafficking
• Supporting on creative testing frameworks: planning, briefing and analysing creative tests, and monitoring creative fatigue signals alongside the design team
• Monitoring and maintenance of measurement infrastructure: pixel and CAPI health, event quality, and signal integrity across platforms
• Ownership of some regular client calls, and input on strategic recommendations around key tests and account performance, grounded in data and business context
• Support of junior team members: reviewing BAU actions and communications, providing detailed feedback

What We're Looking For

• Able to identify opportunities for clients and the agency
• Analytical skills: you'll work alongside data and analytics teams, but you should be comfortable doing some of your own analysis too
• Client communication: able to lead regular conversations and support client lead's with organising workshops
• Delegation and support to junior team members: able to clearly explain Paid Social concepts and give constructive feedback on work

Interview Process
Our interview process looks something like this:

1. Initial call: a conversation with one of the team to understand your experience and why you're looking to apply
2. Technical interview: a competency-based interview exploring paid search strategy and execution, with a Media Director and a Paid Social team member
3. Cultural interview: a final stage, usually with our Head of Paid Social
