About Us

We are a digital performance marketing agency and growth partner for fashion, lifestyle and beauty brands.

With over a decade of experience, we've earned the trust of premium brands and retailers, and are leading the way in e-commerce growth. Our team of deep thinkers and creative minds are united in delivering exceptional results for our clients. We're expanding our client portfolio and are looking for thoughtful digital marketers to join us!

Your Opportunity

We're searching for an industry-obsessed and highly experienced Paid Social Lead to lead and develop our paid social team — setting the agency's standard for how campaigns are built, run, and optimised, and driving continuous upskilling across the channel. On a day-to-day basis, you will:

• Define and own best-practice frameworks for how paid social campaigns are structured, tested, and scaled across the agency.
• Develop client-specific strategies across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and other key platforms through a strong e-commerce performance lens.
• Build, optimise, and oversee paid social campaigns end-to-end, monitoring budgets and performance for maximum ROI.
• Lead structured creative testing across formats, copy, and audiences, turning results into clear creative direction for the team and clients.
• Analyse campaign performance across paid social platforms, Shopify, and Google Analytics, reporting on KPIs, trends, and optimisation opportunities.
• Champion incrementality and measurement best practice — including contribution testing and attribution analysis — moving reporting beyond ROAS.
• Lead, mentor, and upskill the paid social team, running regular training sessions across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
• Review team output and provide constructive feedback to continuously raise the quality of work produced.
• Collaborate with the Performance Account Director, creative, and strategy teams to align paid social with broader digital strategy.
• Stay ahead of platform changes and feed relevant updates back to the team in a practical, actionable way.

Experience you'll bring

This ideal candidate brings a positive and thoughtful attitude to everything they do. They are a team player and a straight shooter. They'll also:

• Have 3–5+ years of hands-on paid social experience, with a strong focus on e-commerce clients.
• Bring proven expertise in Meta Business Manager, with working knowledge of TikTok, Pinterest, and other paid social platforms.
• Be a natural mentor — confident building capability and platform knowledge in others.
• Have strong analytical skills across Google Analytics (GA4), Shopify, and paid social reporting tools, and the ability to translate performance into clear decisions and creative direction.
• Be highly organised, collaborative, and genuinely passionate about staying ahead of platform trends.
• Align with our core company values.
